How to report an event on Eventbrite

Our community plays an essential role in reporting concerning content on the Eventbrite platform. If you come across content that you believe violates our eblink{Terms of Service=>} or eblink{Community Guidelines=>}, or simply concerns you for any reason, we want to know. To report an event, find the event listing on Eventbrite, then click "Report This Event" at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: We value the integrity of our community of event holders and attendees, and do our best to ensure that the events on our site are legitimate and as described.

<h2 id="01">1. Go to the event listing that has the concerning content.</h2> <p>If the event is public, you can search for it in our events directory (private events aren&#39;t listed).</p> <h2 id="02">2. Click “Report This Event” at the bottom the event listing (under Connect With Us).</h2> <h2 id="03">3. Fill out the report.</h2> <p>Your email address will already be filled in for you if you&#39;re logged into Eventbrite. Select the most accurate reason that describes the concerning content, and choose “Other” if none of the reasons apply.<br><br>We recommend adding additional details to explain your selection in the &quot;Description&quot; section. The more details you’re able to provide, the better equipped our team is to assess the content and determine whether action is necessary.</p> <p class="text-small l-pad-vert-2 l-pad-hor-2 card l-mar-top-2"><b>TIP:</b> Choosing the most accurate reason ensures that your report is reviewed by the right team quickly.</p> <p class="text-small l-pad-vert-2 l-pad-hor-2 card l-mar-top-2"><b>NOTE:</b> A valid email address is required for copyright reports, and our team may contact you with questions about your report.</p> <h2 id="04">4. Click &quot;Submit Report&quot;.</h2> <p>You&#39;ll see a success message letting you know the event has been flagged for investigation. We&#39;ll email you at the email address provided if there are additional questions.</p>
