Here's how you do it:
If someone ordered a ticket for you, claim it by clicking "Claim Your Order" in the email you received from Eventbrite. You'll be taken to Eventbrite to log in or set a password. Once claimed, you can access your ticket any time online in your Eventbrite account (under “Tickets”) or in the Eventbrite app.
NOTE: If you're having trouble finding the email from Eventbrite, make sure to check the spam folder in your inbox. If you still can't find the email, go to https://www.eventbrite.com/gettickets. Then login and click "Verify your email".

Once you're logged in to your Eventbrite account, you’ll be taken to your Tickets. Keep in mind that some organizers choose to disable PDF tickets, so you may not see a link to view or print your tickets if that’s the case.

If you want to update the information entered on your registration, reach out to the person who placed the order. You can also contact the event organizer to request the changes you need.
