Is the Ticketing Fee refundable?

The Ticketing Fees are nonrefundable, so we won't return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. But there are two exceptions. We will refund the Ticketing Fees to buyers when an event is cancelled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunded tickets

Refunds will include the ticket price less the Ticketing Fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).

Cancelled and postponed events

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be for the entire purchase—that includes the ticket price and the Ticketing Fees.

Duplicate charges

As long as buyers request a refund within seven days of purchase, they'll get a full refund for duplicate charges—that includes the ticket price and the Ticketing Fees.

Passing on or including Ticketing Fees

Event creators can choose to pass on the Ticketing Fees to attendees or include it in the ticket price. In both cases, the Ticketing Fees will be retained when an order is refunded, unless the event is cancelled.
