Wild Apple Kitchen are an offshoot of Beetbox, a successful converted horsebox that caters to festivals around the South West. Wild Apple Kitchen aim to create delicious meals using seasonal, local, sustainable products that are produced in a method that protects the soil and planet, not taking from it. We grow our own, forage, ferment and preserve to bring a unique seasonal menu.
