UCSF Preterm Birth Initiative
The UCSF Preterm Birth Initiative (PTBi) is a multi-year, transdisciplinary research effort aimed at reducing the burden of prematurity. Funded by Lynne and Marc Benioff and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the UCSF PTBi harnesses the talent of transdisciplinary scientific, clinical, and community expertise to stop the epidemic of prematurity in its tracks.
