I’m Crystal Holberton—serial entrepreneur, heart-centered strategist, and someone who’s learned (the hard way) that building a business alone is not only exhausting, it’s unnecessary.
After 26 years of starting, scaling, and systemizing businesses—from cleaning companies to retail to relationship coaching—I saw a pattern. Too many entrepreneurs were stuck in survival mode, overworked and under-supported. I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why I built Three Seas Network.
I wanted to create a space where business owners could stop faking it, start collaborating, and get access to the kind of support that actually moves the needle: real accountability, meaningful relationships, actionable tools, and a community that shows up for each other.
