Steve Waters: Founder/CEO Teach Well Toolkit

Steve has over 45 years experience in education, including 30 years as a teacher, Head of Dept, Assistant Principal, and 6 years as a member of an LA School Improvement Team. He is a qualified Counsellor and Firat Aid for Mental Health Instructor. Steve is a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and a Trustee with the teachers' mental health charity Education Support.

Steve founded Teach Well Toolkit to support the mental health of teachers in 2021. Teach Well Toolkit provides an unrivalled range of mental wellbeing services for schools. Teach Well Toolkit's Multi-Academy Trust Membership supports MATs to create a consistent culture of staff/pupil mental health, providing its services in all of the MATs schools.

Teach Well Toolkit has won many awards for its work in schools, including the SME Gold Award in 2022.
