Sophia Toh, Author, Coach, and Trainer
Sophia Toh is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and former Fortune 500 Business Unit CFO with over 20 years of experience across Finance, Strategy, and Organizational Development. Sophia is the author of The G.A.M.E. of Life: Illuminated Leadership, Fulfilled Life, and a contributing author to Leadership Unscripted: The Real, Raw, and Remarkable Journeys of Women Who Lead Boldly.
Before transitioning into coaching and leadership development, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Walker and Company Brands, a Procter & Gamble subsidiary, and as CFO of a $5B business unit and Vice President of Financial Transformation at Kraft Heinz. In these roles, she led enterprise-level transformations and partnered closely with senior leaders, navigating complexity and change.
She has delivered thousands of coaching and mentoring sessions and has trained and spoken to more than 3,000 leaders globally, supporting executives and teams across industries and cultures.
Sophia holds a BBA from Clayton State University, an MBA from Purdue University, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications from the Coach Diversity Institute, Team Coaching Global Alliance, and the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Center. She is a mentor coach, a Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach, a Hogan Assessment Coach, a certified team coach, and a bilingual certified trainer for LeaderFactor’s Four Stages of Psychological Safety®.
Completely bilingual in English and Mandarin, Sophia brings a global perspective shaped by being born and raised in Malaysia. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Committed to service, Sophia volunteers 15–20% of her time with nonprofit and alumni organizations. She is a founding board member of the global Purdue Asian Alumni Network, serves as Treasurer and board director of the P&G Alumni Network, is a former global board director for the International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches organization, and has served as Board Chair of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
