Refugee Community Kitchen
Refugee Community Kitchen (RCK) was founded in 2015 to respond to the growing refugee crisis with compassion and cooking. Since then, we’ve served over 3.5 million hot, nourishing meals to displaced people and those experiencing homelessness across Northern France and the London area .
At the heart of RCK’s work is sustainability. The charity transforms surplus and donated food, much of which would otherwise go to waste, into delicious, globally inspired meals, prepared daily by professional chefs and volunteers. By rescuing ingredients and composting what can’t be used, RCK fights food waste while feeding people with dignity.
RCK believes food is a human right and a powerful way to build community.
