Peter Jackson, NZ ICS Cyber Technical Network
In 2018, Peter Jackson and the ECL Cyber team hosted the 2018 ECL ICS Cyber Security Summit. During the Q&A discussion, the attendees agreed that a regular forum should be held to discuss improving the security and resilience of industrial networks in NZ.
To achieve this, Peter (in conjunction with SANS ICS and ECL Cyber) started the NZ ICS Cyber Technical Network, an industry-led organisation established to promote the sharing and understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cyber Security ideas in order to foster learning, development and improve cyber security maturity for NZ industrial companies.
The group meets via forums (hybrid) and summits (in-person only). For more information, check out icscyber.org.nz
