I'm an interdisciplinary artist working somewhere in between aesthetic art and scientific illustration. Or maybe I'm a collection of moths trying to cosplay a human artist... It's hard to say whether me or the moths are in charge these days! I love exploring ways to make patterns, including rule-based/generative drawing, cellular shapes, and studies of camouflage and mimicry in plants and animals. I used to work in a lab investigating human brain diseases by growing cells in culture. Now I'm primarily a visual artist. The difference between art and science is a lot smaller than you think.
