Network Launch was born of lived experience. Two founders, frustrated that a lack of professional networks keeps the military community from civilian jobs, set out to close the gap between military and civilian worlds.

Traditional job fairs aren’t helping people truly connect. Whether transitioning from military service, shifting industries, or launching a business, the journey is often isolating and there aren’t many spaces where real, meaningful networking happens.
