She works with people who are looking to create balance, enhance their wellbeing and improve their experience of life, whether it be in health, finances, career, learning or relationships.

Through the practice of Kinesiology and complementary therapies, Kate learned that Life Balance (rather than Work/Life Balance) is the key to a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.
