We specialize in providing comprehensive mental health education at the intersection of Liberation, Identity, Collectivism, and Justice. Our approach is rooted in healing justice and liberation-centered design, aiming to dismantle oppressive systems and build community-centered, anti-oppressive environments.

All of our services are virtual and maintain a flexible pricing model to ensure that everyone who wants support can get what they need. Our services include leadership and wellness coaching, consulting for businesses and nonprofits, healing spaces, and public education. We are committed to equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge and tools to foster authentic, equitable work and promote overall community wellness.
