I'm a woodworker, therapist and general eco adventurer. Since a wake-up moment in 2006, I've been actively exploring what a sustainable way of life might look like, visiting and helping out on eco-projects, small holdings, hill farms and community gardens here in the UK and in Portugal. Since coming back to live in my hometown, Perth, Scotland, in 2017, I've been putting it all into practice, helping to set up and manage Perth Community Farm and running courses and events helping people to learn practical skills for sustainable living - and having fun with it all too.
