Wer wir sind: Das Institut für praktische Emergenz ist ein unabhängiger ThinkPlayDoTank rund um Themen des gesellschaftlichen Wandels und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Partner für Innovation, Strategie und Umsetzung insbesondere bei der Entwicklung lebendiger Netzwerke.
Was wir machen: Wir glauben: Es geht nur gemeinsam. Oder etwas theoretischer ausgedrückt: Um der Komplexität im Außen zu begegnen, braucht ein System die entsprechende Komplexität auch im Innen. Sprich, es braucht viele unterschiedliche Perspektiven, Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Hintergründe. Die gilt es zusammenzubringen, so dass das ganze System lernen kann. Das machen wir konkret, indem wir Communities und lebendigen Netzwerken beim Wachsen helfen, Konferenzen gestalten und moderieren, Transformationsprozesse begleiten und unser Wissen und unsere Expertise in diesen Bereichen in unseren Ausbildungen weitergeben.

Who we are:The Institut für praktische Emergenz is an independent ThinkPlayDoTank focusing on topics related to social change and organisational development, as well as a partner for innovation, strategy and implementation, particularly in the development of vibrant networks.
What we do: New ideas are not enough. We believe that we can only succeed by working together. Or to put it more theoretically: In order to deal with external complexity, a system also needs the corresponding complexity internally. In other words, it needs many different perspectives, skills, experiences and backgrounds. These need to be brought together so that the entire system can learn. We do this in concrete terms by helping communities and vibrant networks to grow, organising and moderating conferences, accompanying transformation processes and passing on our knowledge and expertise in these areas in our training courses.
