HELENA CLAYTON CONSULTING

I've been an OD and leadership consultant, coach and facilitator for 20+ years, working across all sectors including big Global Brands, the UK Civil Service and NHS. I mostly design and run leadership and OD programmes, and do a lot of coaching. My work is based on taking a systemic and 'vertical development' approach, helping people and teams find new perspectives and choices in these messy times.

For the last 5 years, I've also been researching, writing and speaking about love and the role it could and perhaps should play in our organisational lives, with published research exploring this. I'm an unashamed advocate for love, looking for ways we can ‘lead from love’ more often and in ways that are robust and useful for us in our work.
