Havering Emotional Support Team (HEST) is a service designed to help meet the emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people in education settings. This support is aimed at children and young people who may be experiencing mild to moderate emotional wellbeing concerns.

Currently, HEST work within a number of placement schools across the borough, which includes both primary and secondary schools, with the aim of branching out in more schools and colleges in the future.

HEST have a number of monthly events on offer which are available to all parents/carers who have a child attending any Havering school. This includes our online parent workshops, parent coffee evenings and story time activities for children.
