Emily has been foraging in Surrey since she was a child. Her mother is a practicing herbalist and her grandparents and father used to take her foraging, it has always been a big part of her life…

With over 19 years experience as a chef, her last position pre pandemic being head chef. Emily is keen to share her plant knowledge and the way that foraging and immersing herself in nature has improved not only the food she cooks but also her mental health.
