I'm Cynthia Young the owner of All Things Cynthia Young. All Things Cynthia Young is a collective of my life's work and as an author, civic leader, and coach; my mission is to inspire people into taking action on their goals. I offer career and business coaching to individuals looking to obtain employment and start their own business. I'm also the founder and president of Ripe for Victory. Ripe for victory is a non-profit organization promoting civic education and community involvement. Increasing voter participation is high priority for Ripe for Victory.
