I'm here to help you understand your cycle, improve your relationship with it, and take better care of your cyclical self.

A few years ago, while trying to find a holistic way to treat a hormonal imbalance, I was introduced to the world of Menstrual Cycle Awareness. I understood for the first time that my cycle is more than bleeding once a month-ish and making babies; my reproductive hormones impact many aspects of my being, and they make me change physically, mentally, and emotionally in a cyclical way. Since then, I’ve been studying all things related to the menstrual cycle and female hormones with great passion and curiosity!

Now my big dream is to spread positive, inclusive, comprehensive, and empowering menstrual education and help you to have a meaningful menstrual experience.

I am a Red School Menstruality Mentor, a Fertility Awareness Instructor by FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management), and a certified coach by Growthroom and the World Coaching Organization in Finland.
