Career Returners is a consulting, coaching and community organisation on a mission to build a fairer and more inclusive working world, by making career breaks a valued part of a lifetime career.

Established in 2014, we have a decade of return-to-work expertise across multiple sectors and countries. We’ve partnered with 180+ leading employers to create and support returner programmes, bringing over 3,500 returners back into professional roles. We run the free-of-charge Career Returners Community which offers support, motivation and inspiration to 9,500 members.
