Pasithea Yoga was founded in 2019 by Candice, a dedicated teacher who felt a heartfelt calling to share the joy, balance, and transformation that yoga brings into our lives. What began as her passion has now grown into a supportive, welcoming school where every student is met with kindness, encouragement, and guidance.
At Pasithea Yoga, we believe that teacher training is more than just completing a certification—it’s about finding your voice, deepening your practice, and stepping into teaching with confidence and authenticity. Our flagship 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is thoughtfully designed to blend live online connection with immersive in-person experiences, creating a training that is flexible, personal, and deeply transformative.
For those who wish to explore further, we also offer shorter specialist trainings, including a 10-Hour Yoga Nidra YTT and a 10-Hour Yin YTT, giving you the chance to expand your skills in areas that truly resonate with your heart.
Beyond training, Pasithea Yoga hosts workshops and retreats across Europe, especially in the breathtaking landscapes of Portugal. These gatherings are not just about yoga practice—they’re about community, connection, and coming home to yourself.
