We are Suparna Rathi (Jay Shetty Certified Leadership, Career, Mindset Coach) and Kshama Singhi (Jay Shetty Certified Relationship Coach), and we created Shakti Behno as a safe space for women to have honest conversations about the things we were never taught.

Every first weekend of the month, we host FREE women's circles in Hounslow where we explore real-life challenges—ego, triggers, boundaries, self-worth, identity, relationships, and more. This isn't coaching. This is facilitation—creating space for women to reflect, recognize patterns, and feel less alone in their struggles.

Our mission is simple: awareness before healing. We help women SEE their patterns clearly. If you want to go deeper and actually transform those patterns, we offer Group Coaching Programmes.
