Hi, I am Jane - I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist having studied for over 20 years to bring together therapy, yoga, and mind-body philosophy to help people get unstuck and move forward with their goals.
Before becoming a full time therapist, I spent years leading teams and coaching individuals in the business world. I understand the pressure of juggling too much, the weight of difficult relationships, the exhaustion of destructive patterns, and what it feels like when life moves at a relentless pace. I've lived it.
I work with people on a one-to-one basis for therapy, I teach group yoga and personal practice.
Additionally, I run small group events to support people with a greater understanding of how anxiety impacts their everyday world - providing accessible tools for change.
