Hello, I’m Jade, the founder of I’m Healing Space. I offer gentle, heart-led experiences that support emotional and physical wellbeing.
I’m a holistic yoga teacher, sharing mindful and nurturing practices that support rest, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection. Alongside this, I’ve been facilitating therapeutic art events for over five years, creating calm spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.
I see art as a powerful and healing way to connect with the inner world. It can express deeper feelings that words often can’t describe, allowing emotions to be felt, acknowledged, and released in a softer, more compassionate way.
My events bring together healing yoga, breathwork, intuitive art, and nature-based practices. Each gathering is held in a safe, relaxed, and welcoming environment where participants are invited to be fully themselves — just as they are.
I love holding small, nurturing gatherings where people of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds feel safe, seen, and included. With a trauma-aware and non-judgemental approach, my intention is to support people in softening their nervous systems, releasing stress, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom — without pressure to perform, achieve, or fix anything.
