Hello! I'm Kaila Hall, the founder of Freqs of Love, a holistic wellness practice in Seattle, WA. I am a certified Reiki Master, sound practitioner, intuitive healer, creative spirit, and former corporate dweller turned energy worker and space holder.
For years, I lived in the rhythm of overextending, poor boundaries, and burnout: long hours, high pressure, and little space to feel. I thought I was doing everything right on the outside, but I felt completely disconnected from my inner world.
Energy work found me at the right moment. Through Reiki, sound, and intentional practices, I remembered something I had forgotten: healing doesn’t come from fixing, chasing, or avoiding. It comes through inner connection and compassion; in softening, presence, and letting ourselves be seen.
Today, I hold space for others on their own return. For the givers who forget to receive, for the caregivers, the busy minds, and the curious.
I believe deeply in the body’s innate intelligence and the truth that to see the light, there must be darkness. And in both, we are whole: As above, so below.
