Chick-fil-A Craig Road & Scott Robinson

We opened our doors in 2020 as the first Chick-fil-A in North Las Vegas, right at Craig Road and Scott Robinson. From day one, our focus has been simple: take care of people.

Our Operator, Amy, has been with Chick-fil-A since 2003, and her steady leadership has shaped the way we show up every day. What started as a new restaurant has grown into a team of more than 100 team members and Directors who know our guests by name and treat this place like it's their own.

In 2025, we introduced our Serve-Only Trailer so we could bring Chick-fil-A beyond our four walls and into neighborhoods and events across the valley. It's been a fun way to stay connected to the community we serve.

At the end of the day, we're in the people business. The food matters, of course, but what really sticks is how someone feels when they leave. That's why we lean into the small things: eye contact, a warm greeting, and a sincere "my pleasure" every single time.
