What began nearly three years ago as a simple idea has grown into a movement shaped by research, community conversations, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change.
Behind MBO is a small but dedicated team of professionals from business, construction, tech, and community engagement backgrounds — each bringing their expertise, passion, and lived experience to build something that truly serves the community. Together, we’ve spent years laying the foundations, listening to real needs, and shaping a platform and organisation designed to bring people, businesses, and opportunities together in a way that feels authentic and impactful.
