Hello and welcome, I am Astrid Blake, founder of Alice & Astrid and creator of the Take Time to Dream Academy, a dream I have been dreaming of for some time!
As the founder of a luxury lifestyle brand and with decades of hands-on experience in the trends industry, I have inspired global companies across various sectors, creating hundreds of mood boards and sharing insight. My work is intuitive, weaving together the magic of images and colors, accessing the heart, and unearthing the essence, all with nature as my guide.
This is interlaced with the wisdom gained from my own personal transformational journey, learnt though life shattering lessons, to connecting on a deeper level with nature and learning from my own intuitive healing journey, moving from burn out and overwhelm to a feeling connected, calm, clarity and which pivoted and expanded my own life’s calling.
I serve as an intuitive guide and mentor, passionate about helping others overcome creative blocks and limiting beliefs. My goal is to help individuals reconnect with their unique spark, rekindle it, and reveal their story, finding true purpose and sharing it with the world in the most beautiful way possible.
