Ohmori | Forest Therapy in Singapore
Ohmori offers gentle, nature-based sensory Forest Therapy sessions in Singapore. All sessions are guided by Long Yuan, a certified Forest Therapy Guide trained under the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT).
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (森林浴, or forest bathing), Forest Therapy is not a hike, a tour, or a fitness activity. It is a guided practice of slowing down, noticing, and reconnecting with nature through simple sensory invitations.
Sessions take place in selected green spaces across Singapore, including the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Bidadari Park. Whether you come seeking rest, clarity, grounding, or simply a pause from daily life, you are welcome as you are.
No prior experience is needed. Only a willingness to slow down and let nature meet you where you are.
