Million Heir-Williams
Million Heir-Williams is a strategic generalist whose life and leadership span healthcare, government, ministry, mental health, publishing, and community development. After a 26-year management career with Kaiser Hospital and service as an Onslow County Commissioner in North Carolina, she now leads Effectual Life Coaching Enterprises, LLC (www.EffectuaLifeCoaching.com) and Seven Times Anointed Ministries International (STAMI) a non-profit organization in Texas (www7STAMI.org).
Her work is rooted in trauma-informed coaching, mental wellness, and faith-based empowerment. As founder and host of the annual International Women’s Award Gala held each March in celebration of International Women’s Month, she honors women who have overcome trauma and transformed their lives. A prolific author and national program creator, Million is the visionary behind the Million Heir-Williams First Responder & Youth Summit and the USA Mental Health Coalition for Women & Families. She is known nationwide as simply: “The BRAND That Produces Results.”
