As Employer Engagement Officer with Developing the Young Workforce, my role involves making it easier for businesses to reach pupils within all 18 Secondary Schools in Fife. Gaining access to the Talent within our Fife Schools means employers have the opportunity to add to their development ensuring they understand employer's expectations along with informing them of their opportunities and when and how they can reach you. Surveys show that employers find it difficult to gain quality applicants with pupils feedback that they can't find enough vacancies/opportunities. Events I deliver will help you network with like minded businesses who can support you, along with influencing the next generation and your future workforce. Our Mission is to Bridge the Gap between Education and Employment with opportunities for all regardless of their postcode and keep our Talent in Fife.
