Marie is a ceramic artist and workshop facilitator based in Vienna. With a passion for hand-building techniques, she loves introducing beginners to the joys of clay. Her work often focuses on functional, everyday objects, pieces that bring warmth, creativity, and beauty into daily routines. When she’s not teaching, you will find her traveling the world and hosting trips around the world for travelers. My Philosophy Clay is for everyone. I believe pottery should feel approachable, affordable, and joyful, not intimidating. That’s why I love teaching. I encourage participants to play, to let go of perfection, and to enjoy the tactile, grounding nature of the process. For me, a pottery class is more than just learning a skill, it’s a chance to pause, create something lasting, and reconnect with yourself.
