BPW VISION - To be the leading advocate for working women.

OUR MISSION - Is to empower working women to achieve their full potential and partners with employers to build a successful workplaces through education, research, knowledge, and policy.

Legislative Platform - Economic Equality and Justice, Human Rights, and Health. We are non patrician group.

Awards - Nike Award - Women of excellence deserve to be recognized specifically those in business locally and making an impact in the community by giving back and volunteering. The Nike Award (our business symbol) represents progress, strength, freedom, and triumphs while facing adversity - including prejudice and other limitations.

Scholarships - They may be awarded only to women who are returning to the workplace and need further training or to women who wish to advance in their chosen profession or business and have a connection to Jackson County by living, working, or going to school in Jackson County. (Not intended for high school graduating seniors.)

Membership - Is open to anyone who supports our ideals, beliefs, and mission statement. Visitors are welcome to attend any of our meetings, where will be pleased to answer questions and provide information about Jackson BPW, Michigan BPW, National BPW, and International BPW.
