The Engineers Ireland STEPS Programme is designed to open up the exciting possibilities which engineering offers to school children who want to make a real difference in the world.
With a track record of 25 years, STEPS has supported millions of students in mapping out their engineering journey, and we want to reach even more.
In our experience, the combination of professional expertise and learning-by-doing inspires children to open their eyes to how engineering is part of everyday life. We use our expertise to focus our work on school children aged 5-16. The existing team has a combined 35 years of experience working on the STEPS programme and are committed to the ongoing programme evaluation.
