The Hatters Health Network (HHN) is a Primary Care Network (PCN) operating within the BLMK Integrated Care Board (ICB) in the Luton area. The network includes five GP surgeries: Leagrave Surgery, Lister House Surgery, Oakley Surgery, Dr Mirza & Partners, and Sundon Medical Centre.

Our key objectives are as follows:

1. To design, commission and monitor cost-effective health care pathways to maximise measurable patient health outcomes.2. To promote best practice through constructive, evidence based and peer supported education.3. To involve all stakeholders including practices, patients, specialist providers and the local council authority in our projects.
