Download a Tracking links report
Download your Tracking links report to view a record of which tracking links are generating the most traffic to your event. To get started, go to Reporting in your event and select Event reports. Then choose Tracking links. If you want to download report data for multiple events, go to Reporting in your Eventbrite account instead.

Download a Tracking links report for one event
1. Go to your event dashboard.
Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events . Then select your event.
2. Go to "Reporting" and select “Event reports.”
3. Choose “Tracking links” (under “Marketing”).
4. Optional: Add a filter for specific tracking links.
Select Filter and enter the tracking link you want to download data for.
5. Export your data.
Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:
CSV or .csv file
Excel or .xls file
Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.
Download a Tracking links report for multiple events
1. Go to “Reporting.”
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select Reporting.
2. Select “Tracking links” (under “Marketing”).
3. Select which events to include in your report.
Choose your events and select Run report. You can filter by All, Upcoming, or Past events, or search for events by title.
4. Optional: Filter your report.
You can filter by:
Tracking links
Order date range
Currency (if your organization has multiple currencies)
5. Export your data.
Select the file type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:
CSV or .csv file (recommended for reports with more than 1 million records)
Excel or .xls file
Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.
