Reset your password
Go to eventbrite.com/reset-password .
Enter your account email address and select Reset password.
Check your inbox for an email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com with the subject "Reset your Eventbrite password." The link is valid for two hours.
Not receiving the email or code
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Search your inbox for noreply@order.eventbrite.com (if you're resetting password) or noreply@event.eventbrite.com (if you're activating your account).
If you use a work email to log in, ask your IT team to allow Eventbrite emails. Review what to check when you don't receive Eventbrite emails.
Locked out after too many attempts
For security, your account is temporarily locked after 10 incorrect log in attempts. Wait six minutes to try again, or reset your password .
One-time password (OTP) issues
A one-time password is valid for 15 minutes. If yours expired, request a new one and use only the most recent password provided.
If you exceeded your attempts, wait six minutes before requesting a new password.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) or recovery code
If you use an authenticator app, open it to get your current recovery code.
If you lost access to your authenticator app or recovery code, go to eventbrite.com/signin , enter your email, and select Sign in with a one-time code.
For more information, refer to our help center article on logging in with multi-factor authentication.
Wrong account or social login
Check for typos in your email address.
Try any other email addresses you might have used.
If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, use the same option to log back in. The email address on your social account must match the one on your Eventbrite account.
Account locked or suspended
If you see a message that your account is suspended, check your inbox for unpaid invoices or other messages from Eventbrite. You can also review the possible reasons your account is suspended.
