10:00 - 11:30 Strategies for Burnout Prevention
Burnouts are real. This powerful workshop will look at (and help you test) strategies on how we can feel energized in our business – instead of burned out. We will draw strategies from the newest stress-, brain- and psychological research. So that you can be best prepared, energized, and focus on what you want to create in this world.
11:30-12:30 Completing the stress cycle
Join Maria and practice a variety of movement and practical visualisation techniques that can help us to move through the stress cycle. Together we’ll be connecting with common techniques that can support mind and body ease, and discovering the unique ways you can practice in your daily life. Be-aware…this is going to be more fun that it might sound. ;-)
