Can I attend only a part of the event?

Yes. You are welcome to attend only the official launch or the roundtables of your choosing, though we would encourage you to visit the exhibition as well. After all, we don't get to play video games at the European Parliament every day!

Are the demos available during the roundtables?

Yes. All video games on the specific theme will be on display for playing and testing out from 9:00 to 18:00 on the exhibition grounds,(except for 9 March: 9:00 to 16:00). Roundtables will be hosted in Room A5G1, so don't worry about making too much noise!

There is one video game demo on March 7 that I would like to try on March 9. Is it possible?

Unfortunately, the games offered each day change depending on the theme of the day, which means that a video game demo scheduled for March 7 will not be available on March 8 or 9. However, if you stop by and ask our teams during the exhibition, we may allow for exceptions if circumstances allow
