Aloita päiväsi leppoisasti VillageWorksin aamujoogan parissa! Jooga järjestetään joka toinen torstai klo 8.00-8.45 (vähintään 5 osallistujaa) tapahtumatila Korallissa. Voit ottaa mukaasi oman joogamaton tai lainata mattoa meiltä.Restoratiivisella joogatunnilla keskitytään hermoston rauhoittamiseen pehmeän liikkeen, hengityksen ja ohjatun loppurentoutuksen muodossa. Yoga will be held every other Thursday at 8.00-8.45 (at least 5 participants). You can bring your own yoga mat or borrow one.In a restorative yoga class, the focus is on calming the nervous system through gentle movement, breathing, and guided final relaxation.
