Spaceship Oulu Hybrid- SGJ25

This site is part of Spaceship Game Jam, an event organised by FGJ in collaboration with ESA. We welcome anyone curious about space!

Site Information:

• This is a hybrid site where participants can join both on site and online.
• The online site will be held in the SGJ discord, however all participants are encouraged to join it. The link will be sent to your email after you have reserved your eventbrite ticket.
• This site has an age restriction of 18+.
• Bring your own devices - organiser and IGDA Oulu can provide extension cords, spare peripherals like mouses and headsets and some boardgame supplies (cardboard, dice, scissors).
• Limited opening hours, closes for night, no overnight staying.
• Event space has the property owners' hobby stuff also stored there - no touching them!
• Materials for boardgame creation available at the site.

Food Options:

• Free food provided to participants.
• Free coffee and snacks.
• Refrigerator and microwave available at the site.
• Food can also be bought in close vicinity of the site.

Accessibility:

• No wheelchair provisions - Building is old and protected, no ramp, narrow doors.
• International Grand Market event is taking place at the same time just outside, bringing lot of foot traffic and noise and restricting car access to the premises.
