Site Information:

• This is a hybrid site where participants can join both on site and online.
• The online site will be held in the SGJ discord, however all participants are encouraged to join it. The link will be sent to your email after you have reserved your eventbrite ticket.
• The site age restriction is 15+ without a parental guardian at site. Participants under the age of 18 will require a signed parental permission slip.
• This site will be open during the whole event, including during the night.
• Parking is available at the site.

Food Options:

• Free snacks and coffee will be provided at the site.
• Food can be bought in close vicinity of the site.
• Participants are allowed to bring their own food to the site.
• Microwave is available at the site.

Tools and Materials:

• Please bring your own computer!
• This site has free WiFi for participants.
• This site provides some electronics and hardware use in projects.

Accessibility:

• This site is wheelchair accessible.
• Parking is available at the site.
• This site has a separate quiet space.
• Languages available from site organisers are English and Finnish.
