Spaceship HIVE-Turku - SGJ25

This site is a hybrid site organised by HIVE-Turku Game Hub ry.

Site Information:

• The site is located at HIVE-Turku Game Hub premises, Pharmacity building at Kupittaa.
• This is a hybrid site where participants can join both on site and online.
• The online site will be held in the SGJ discord, however all participants are encouraged to join it. The link will be sent to your email after you have reserved your eventbrite ticket.
• The site age restriction is 15+ without a parental guardian at site. Participants under the age of 18 will require a signed parental permission slip.
• The site is closed during the night.

Food Options:

• Free snacks and coffee will be provided at the site.
• The site will not provide food, but food can be bought in close vicinity to the site.
• This site allows participants to bring their own food.
• A microwave and refrigerator is available at the site.

Tools and Materials:

• Please bring your own computer!
• This site has free WiFi for participants.
• This site provides some material for boardgame creation.

Accessibility:

• This site is wheelchair accessible.
• This site has a separate quiet space available.
• Languages available from site organisers are English, Finnish, Swedish, and Serbian.
