First, I tell you about zippers in general & how they are used in outdoor clothing making. Secondly, we are sewing together a zipper into the front of a jacket. By learning the right techniques and some tricks, you will be happier with your future results.

Join us on the 23th of October for a 3-hours hands-on sewing workshop. I teach you how it is done and take your fear away.

By limiting the workshop to a small group, you will have individualized guidance. I will guide you through every detailed step, while you immediately put it into practice by sewing.

Bring along & have ready:

> 2 practice pieces of fabric (each 20x70 cm) OR

> the jacket where you like to add the zipper,

> open end zipper 50 cm long (5-6 mm wide elements),

> sewing machine with a regular & zipper sewing foot,

> pin/clips,

> some extra fabric for the zipper flap (10x70 cm)
