Service Design Global Conference 2025: Post Conference Event at KONE

Service Design Network Finland and KONE warmly invite you to an inspiring post-conference event hosted at the KONE offices.

Whether you attended the Service Design Global Conference or simply share a passion for service design, this event is the perfect opportunity to recap key insights, reflect on practical takeaways, and connect with the vibrant service design community in Finland.

We’ll kick things off with a series of lightning talks highlighting the most impactful moments and ideas from the global conference, followed by a hands-on activity and group discussion on how to apply these learnings in our practice. The detailed agenda will be published soon.

There will also be time to mingle, exchange ideas, and network with fellow professionals over snacks and refreshments.

This event is open to both SDN members and non-members. SDN members, please find the promo code on your SDN member page.

Note, we have a limited number of spots for non-SDN members. If you’re not a member, please register your interest, and we will reach out to confirm if we can offer you a spot.

Please note that due to the limited number of spots for this event, we kindly ask that if you cannot attend, you cancel your registration in advance. This helps us minimize food waste and allows someone on the waiting list to take your spot.

🚇 Getting there: We recommend arriving by metro, as the station is very close to the KONE Building. If you’re driving, parking is available next to Laguuni, but please note that other parking options in the area are limited.
