It's time for the 6th annual Pride Game Jam HKI on June 27 - 29, 2025!
Pride Game Jam HKI - is a three day hybrid event that celebrates LGBTQIA+ people by creating a safe space for expressing one's gender, sexual and romantic experience through art, music and of course games!
The jam will take place at the Unity Technologies Office (Kaivokatu 6, Helsinki) - right next to the Central railway station. On-site participants, please note that you will have to sign in as a visitor on each day and agree to Unity Technologies' Confidentiality Guidelines. If you want to familiarise yourself with the guidelines in advance, please reach out to request a copy (irko@finnishgamejam.com). The visitors have to provide their name, email, photo (taken on the spot) and sign the document on each day.
You can also participate cozily from home with an online participation ticket!
Pride Game Jam HKI is taking place on June 27-29, 2025. The event aims to educate on LGBTQIA+ experiences, and help budding game devs to learn key skills in teamwork, design, and familiarize with relevant software! Everyone is welcome, including allies, regardless of skill level and background! Due to potentially explicit or sensitive content, the event is intended for participants of 18+ yo.
The event is part of Helsinki Pride Week 2025, and is organized by Finnish Game Jam ry in partnership with Helsinki Pride ry.
