Let’s wrap up the year together with some glögi, festive snacks and good company! The evening is a great chance to meet new HR colleagues, catch up with familiar faces and build connections across our network.

Our member Mari will lead us through a short, visual exercise where everyone maps their own work style between guidance and autonomy, and chaos and structure. It’s a fun and insightful way to reflect on how we like to work and what kind of environment helps us thrive - and to spark great conversations together.

17:00–17:15 Getting settled, glögi and snacks available
17:15–18:00 Mari’s exercise and discussion
18:00–19:00 Free socialising and a bit of pikkujoulu fun
