<p>Do you struggle to talk about your menstrual cycle with your partner and colleagues? </p><p>You're not alone!</p><p>During May's meetup, we'll talk about our experiences and challenges having period conversations with others. </p><ul><li>What are the things we need THEM to understand about our cycles? </li><li>How can we make these conversations more comfortable and productive? </li></ul><p>Welcome to explore ways to improve communication and understanding around the menstrual cycle. Together we'll help each other develop practical tools and strategies for this.</p><p>Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others and create meaningful change.</p><h2></h2><h2>EVENT DETAILS: </h2><p>❣️When: Tuesday, May 23rd from 17.30-19h </p><p>❣️Where: Central Library Oodi, group room 3 (2nd floor; you can ask the library personnel for directions) </p><p>❣️Who: Open to women (regardless of whether they have a period or not) and menstruators. All menstrual experiences are valid and welcome.</p><p>Admission is free.</p><p>Content warning: This event may discuss pregnancy or childbirth, miscarriages or abortion, and blood (depending on participants' questions).</p><p><strong>In order to keep a cozy and safe atmosphere, places are limited. Make sure to register your participation!</strong></p><h2></h2><h2><strong>About the Be Curious About Your Cycle Meetup: </strong></h2><p>The BCAYC meetups are a judgment-free space that I host every other month to share and discuss all things periods, cycles, and hormones. They're a great opportunity to connect with other cyclical beings and learn from each other.</p><p>These events are always free of charge.</p><p>The meetup will be hosted by Carmen Lorenzana, menstrual educator and coach.
